Listening is the most important mission of Dark Side Tech, it allows us to understand and comprehend its vision and destiny, allowing us to propose and support its future and present challenges, through analysis and discussion, which are present throughout this stage, being the main objective to know its operation and above all its medium and long-term guidelines.

At this stage, our contribution is mainly based on the analysis and understanding of the problems they face every day, looking with a critical eye and sharing the burden of work through an integration that step by step transforms into a relationship of mutual contribution.
